Return policy and conditions for refunds and exchanges

Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem.
We offer easy 60 day hassle-free returns and exchanges.
Please consider we do not accept returns for international orders
STEP 1: Find your order number. ( check your E-mail ).
STEP 2: Open a new return request for exchanging your items or for getting a refund by clicking in HERE
The portal will guide you in every step giving you a return label and instructions as a final step for you to follow.
STEP 3: Tape the shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your local post office.
International customers: International orders are not applicable for returning processes.
After we receive your returned item and process your request, it may take 5 to 7 business days before the refund appears on your account statement (depending on payment method).
The original cost of the returned items will be credited back to the card used during the transaction.
If it is an exchange, we’ll send your new order via standard shipping.
We only refund the cost of the product, not the original shipping and handling fees.
To receive a full refund or exchange, returned products must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags and liners attached.
- Without any stains and animal hair on it.
You must consider the following:
1. We ask that you wear underwear when first trying on your purchase.
2. You have 72 hours from the day and time you received your order to review that all your products have been delivered in perfect condition; if you find fabric damage, you must email us immediately at support@curveez.zendesk.com. If you return your product asking for a refund or exchange and after we review the items, we find that the product is damaged, please note we won't be able to accept that return, and we will cancel it without taking any other action.
3. Exchanges are not available to international customers.
4. We are not responsible for any orders returned without a shipping label provided by us.
5. We only accept Curveez items purchased from www.curveez.com
- Panties and face masks for hygienic reasons
- Gels and creams
- Products marked Final Sale and in Clearance
- Free gifts and promotional items with retail value
US Customers: 100% free returns and exchanges.
We refund you the price you paid for the product.
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
International orders are not applicable for returning processes.
